there's our catastrophe

I like Adventure Time a lot but you all made me think that it was a show about the lesbian romantic tension threatening to tear apart a promising local electronica group, sort of like a post-apocalyptic absurdist animated Glee, and I don’t think it will ever live up to that. 

“I think this river is polluted.”

“Well, that explains why I can’t catch a fish around here. Because normally my fishing skills are off the hook. 

“… Get it? Like a fishing hook.”

I just wanted to mention that I started watching Avatar: The Last Airbender because nobody on my dashboard will shut up about it or Korra and I am totally sold.  it’s so great.  please send me all your favourite Avatar analysis and commentary I missed the first time around.
