Here is a useful online list of triggering movies, books etc.

It mostly lists stuff like rape scenes. But also other types of assult, abuse etc.

If you’re sensitive to this stuff I hope it helps you (it’s helped me)

The author says about the list-

“This page was created because I got tired of being “ambushed” by books and movies with triggering topics. This list was compiled by survivors and allies to warn survivors about triggering material. This is by no means a list of books and movies to avoid, as many are wonderful and can help you on your healing journey. Of course, some of them are crap.”
